In Moto GP one of the few things that are constant are rule changes. Dorna and the MSMA frequently make new rules, only to have to roll them back a few years later after belatedly realizing that the rule change didn’t make sense in the first place. For 2014 there’ll once more be another set of rule changes rescinded, along with a new set of rules to possibly be backpedaled on in a few years time.
